The HCU-6/E deployable air cargo pallet comprises an all aluminium pallet. The HCU-6E pallet features aluminium extrusions around the periphery and a stringer-based aluminium core in between the top and bottom 7000 series alloy aluminium sheets. 

The stringers run crosswise and are interconnected to form a very rigid platform. This design provides utmost longevity with minimum maintenance against low weight and makes delamination - as typically seen with old-fashioned balsa wood core pallets - a definite thing of the past.

A quantity of 22 tie down rings 7,500 lbs (or 10,000) lbs capacity in any direction is standard, however both the quantity as well as the load capacity of the tiedown rings can be increased.

The pallet also provides continues seat track along the sides which can be used to attachment straps/net.

The pallet is multi modal, allowing air and road transport for both military as civil applications. When not in use, the pallets can provide on-site storage of equipment. 

This is the palletized version of a military workhorse, providing rapid deployment of cargo with a durable yet well maintainable design. Needless to say, our pallets are corrosion, heat, moisture and UV-light resistant. 

Remarks
The HCU-6e pallet is also known as 463L or PBF air cargo pallet and fully compatible with 463L cargo loading systems. 

Our HCU-6/E (PBF) pallet is EASA and FAA certified.
